What Customer Say About Us

Paul Josop is, simply put, an outstanding birding ( and all-round nature) guide. His knowledge base is superior. His ability to search for and locate species in the field was extraordinary. his enthusiasm unmatched! It was a pleasure to tour under his tutelage. He was patient with the less experienced in our group while successfully satisfying the more rabid among us. I enjoyed his sense of humour. We had an unfortunate incident ( no fault of the tour itself ) during the tour. He responded with appropriate concern and quickly took charge of the situation which was resolved without difficulty. I would tour with him again without any reservation. I would also comment that we had the privilege of being paired with Dirk who served as driver and co-guide for the Kruger segment of the tour. He knows the park and its residents like the back of his hand. The synergy between Dirk and Paul enhanced our experience measurably.

Bobby Wilcox was great - very communicative and great at finding birds and getting people onto them. Our local guide, Diego, was super at lining up local experts and coping with the many flight changes in Aerolineas Argentina. The scenery was spectacular, and the special birds were super.

This tour far exceeded my expectations. Eduardo is a talented birding guide and we had a fabulous time in Portugal. The birds, the scenery and the wine were memorable. The timing in February also provided temperate weather.

Yeray is professional, an excellent birder, always requesting feedback from group and is just an overall nice guy. Would highly recommend his services to all levels of birders.

I had a really great time in Ghana with David and James (and Wessah and Raff). We saw some amazing birds, travelled in a very comfortable vehicle and stayed in pleasant accommodation. The food was great too. David is a great leader and ensured we all saw all the birds. I particularly appreciated his forthright manner and the energy he brought to the tour.

As with previous tours with him, Bobby did a great job and continues impress me with his incredible dedication to getting people on birds and wildlife. He spotted a puma from the bar/viewing area at Sani lodge (the first seen in 15 years according to the local guide) and rather than enjoy the view himself, he didn't hesitate to go running down the boardwalk to get people out of their rooms so they had an opportunity to see it. Just an extreme example of what he did every day for every bird that someone was struggling to see. Our local guide Carlos was also excellent. He did a great job finding birds.
